• Storage & Shelf Life: Products must be stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight. Natural ingredients in soaps, face washes, and moisturizers may undergo subtle textural or color variations over time; this does not indicate product defect or compromise safety.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & Taxes

• Liquid products (face washes, moisturizers) and alcohol-based items (perfumes) are packaged in compliance with surface transport safety guidelines.
• Delivery timelines are standard estimates. Oreline Cosmetics is not liable for logistics delays caused by courier operations, regional transit restrictions, public holidays, or force majeure events.

6. Strict Hygiene Policy, Returns & Refunds

• Hygiene Compliance: Due to strict health, hygiene, and consumer safety regulations applicable to personal care, cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products, items that have been opened, unsealed, sampled, or used are strictly non-returnable.
• Transit Damage or Defect: In the unlikely event an item is delivered damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, you must report it to customer support with clear unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refund requests are processed directly back to the original source account/payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
